CLAREMONT, N.H. - November 8, 2022 - (Newswire.com)

Galina Tregubov, a political refugee, artist, and wife has completed her new book, "The Umbrella of Clairvoyance: And Other Family Stories of Imperial and Soviet Russia and America Today": a puzzling and enticing novel that brings readers into the history of two Russian families that spans generations and continents.

G. John Champoux writes, "These lively and stirring multigenerational tales of two families bring us from czarist times in Russia, take in the whole breadth of Russia from Moscow to Shikotan Island and, after an abbreviated sojourn in Europe, finally settle us in the present-day hills and valleys of New Hampshire. The use of 'us' is intentional, for the author's style—her inspiring faith, understated humor, and unerring kindness shine through on every page—welcomes readers into this singular family home."

Published by Covenant Books of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, Galina Tregubov's new book follows two different families across multiple generations. Tregubov gracefully introduces these fascinating characters and guides readers through their many entertaining plots. The intriguing world she creates will capture reader's attention from the very beginning.

This novel brings readers on a gripping journey through the lives of different people. Readers get to see that regardless of language, geography, and century, there are many universal features of human life. Tregubov presents readers with a puzzle that must be solved. She delicately lays out all the pieces and entrusts readers to put them together.

Readers can purchase "The Umbrella of Clairvoyance: And Other Family Stories of Imperial and Soviet Russia and America Today" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes Store, Amazon or Barnes & Noble.
