‘His Noble Crown’ by Olga Thomas and Joanna Forest to Raise Funds for Charities
World-renowned classical composer Olga Thomas and number one classical soprano Joanna Forest have teamed up once again to release a brand-new single titled ‘His Noble Crown’ to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III. The single will be released on Thursday, May 4th, with all proceeds from its sale to be split equally between two charities: Cruse Bereavement Support and Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity.
The song has been composed by Olga Thomas, who has had a lifelong admiration and passion for the Royal Family and has spent a lot of time and energy crafting music on behalf of Cruse Bereavement Support. The charity recently announced the closure of their online chat service, Crusechat, due to financial struggles.
Joanna Forest, who has previously collaborated with Olga Thomas on four singles, has described the pair as a ‘dream team’. The song’s lyrics have been written by Adam Fergusson, while Michael Mc Dermott has arranged the music.
